Antique Ornate Dagger: Need identification help?

Dagger was passed on to me from my great grandmothers things placed into storage in 1920′s. It looks like it was already old back then.

The knife blade has SSS hallmark on it. The sheath and handle are heavy embossed metal. Brass? Bronze? gold colored. Goose head hand guard. Griffins at end of sheath.
The blade is tipped slightly up and is angled slightly to the left. It seems intentional.

If anyone has even seen another dagger like it- please provide a link so I can see it.
I haven’t found any like it so far.

Its looks Turkish or maybe Persian. The handle is probably brass and the blade is steel. Its a type of ceremonial dress dagger. My best guess its Turkish and it could be worth thousands of dollars but you should contact Sean Rich to be sure…
